Welcome to Alolink! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://alolink.io/ and its dedicated short URL redirection service https://alol.ink/ (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Alolink ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement and Platform Access

1.1 User Categories

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to e-commerce merchants, event organizers, and individuals/KOLs engaged in the sale of goods, tickets, or services (collectively, "Sellers"); agencies ("Agencies"); referrers ("Referrers"); other Key Opinion Leaders and independent promoters (including but not limited to taxi drivers, fleets, retail employees, Key Opinion Leaders, and any person who successfully participates in reselling or promoting products, tickets, and services, collectively "KOLs / Promoters"); and end consumers who click tracking links.

1.2 Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, Sellers, Agencies, Referrers, and KOLs/Promoters must register an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to request identity verification, business registration certificates, fleet credentials, venue lease agreements, or event legality documents from Sellers, Agencies, event organizers, or KOLs/Promoters at any time. If you refuse to provide such documentation, fail our review, or are suspected of fraudulent or violating activities, we reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account without prior notice.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services, Tracking, and Promotional Content

2.1 Description of Services

Alolink provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools designed to automate performance attribution, e-commerce referral tracking, and multi-party payout splits. We generate tracking links (which may use alolink.io or alol.ink) to measure conversion rates and allocate commissions among participating parties.

2.2 Acceptable Use and Content Standards

When generating or sharing Alolink tracking links, you agree not to:

(a) Engage in spamming, deceptive advertising, or any illegal marketing tactics.

(b) Tamper with tracking codes or cookies, or use bots/scripts to generate artificial clicks or conversions.

(c) Publish links on websites containing pornographic, illegal, or highly offensive content.

(d) Sell counterfeit goods, unauthorized event tickets, illegal pharmaceuticals, high-risk financial products, or engage in any behavior that violates the Platform's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

2.3 Authorization for Content Usage

By participating in marketing campaigns on the Platform, Sellers, Agencies, and KOLs/Promoters grant Alolink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their publicly available campaign data, brand logos, and non-confidential promotional materials for platform data analytics, marketing, and case study displays.

3. Payments, Commissions, and Settlements

3.1 Third-Party Payment Gateways

Alolink utilizes third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe Connect) to automatically execute multi-party commission splitting and settlements. By using our payout distribution services, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of such third-party payment providers.

3.2 Commission Calculation and Platform Fees

Commissions are calculated based on successful, fully processed, and un-refunded transactions facilitated through our tracking links. Alolink charges a platform service fee on successful transactions (e.g., 2.5% of the transaction value, or as otherwise specified in your applicable pricing plan). Agencies and Referrers may also customize their own mark-up rates or profit-sharing ratios via the Platform settings.

3.3 Chargebacks, Refunds, and Disputes

If an end consumer requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback with a Seller, any commissions previously allocated or paid to the KOL, Agency, or Referrer for that transaction will be revoked, voided, or deducted from future settlement amounts. Alolink is not responsible for directly resolving financial disputes among Sellers, KOLs/Promoters, and end consumers. If Alolink incurs losses or is debited by third-party payment gateways due to poor product quality, event cancellations, fraud, or collective credit card chargebacks caused by a Seller, Alolink reserves the right to directly offset, deduct, or freeze (Right of Set-off) funds from unsettled payouts belonging to the responsible Seller, Agency, or relevant profit-sharing party to cover such losses and associated handling fees.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Third-Party Interaction Disclaimer

Alolink solely provides infrastructure for tracking and fee splitting. We are not a party to the actual purchase and sale contracts of goods or services between Sellers and consumers. We assume no responsibility or liability for product quality, delivery delays, Seller customer service, or any disputes arising between consumers, KOLs/Promoters, Agencies, and Sellers.

4.2 "As Is" Service Delivery

The Platform and tracking links are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain maximum uptime, we do not guarantee that tracking features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely unaffected by external browser privacy blocking mechanisms (such as ad blockers or strict cookie protections). Alolink shall not be liable for any loss of commissions resulting from technical failures, tracking interruptions, or user-side browser configurations.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alolink, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

4.4 Special Disclaimer for Event Ticketing and Vouchers

Event ticketing, party RSVPs, or physical retail vouchers made available through the Platform are issued and fulfilled entirely by independent Sellers (including e-commerce merchants, event organizers, or independent sales-driven KOLs/Promoters, and not Alolink). If an event is canceled, postponed, or relocated, or if physical vouchers cannot be redeemed due to a Seller closing down or expiring, all consumer refunds and compensation liabilities rest solely and entirely with the respective Seller. Platform service fees and third-party payment processing fees already collected by Alolink are non-refundable, as the software platform service was fully triggered and delivered upon purchase.

4.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
