This Privacy Policy applies to all users, registered merchants, agencies, referrers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and consumers interacting with our Platform across:

We collect personal and business information necessary to provide automated attribution, e-commerce referral tracking, and multi-party payment routing:
- Account & Identity Data: Name, email address, phone number, business registration details, bank account information, or Stripe Connect account identifiers provided during registration by Merchants, Agencies, Referrers, and KOLs.
- Referral & Transaction Data: Order transaction amount, merchant ID, commission allocations, referral codes, and campaign metrics that may be processed via alolink.io or alol.ink links.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, click-through timestamps, and cookies collected when interacting with alolink.io or clicking through our referral links.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision & Tracking: Operating referral mechanisms, generating tracking links (which may utilize alolink.io or alol.ink), and matching attribution between Merchants, Agencies, KOLs, and Referrers.
- Automated Payout Processing: Integrating with payment gateways (such as Stripe Connect) to facilitate automated commission and fee split settlements.
- Platform Security & Analytics: Detecting fraud, analyzing referral conversion rates, and optimizing system performance.
- Legal Compliance: Complying with Hong Kong statutory obligations, financial regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data under the following circumstances:
- Third-Party Payment Processors: Financial and account identifiers are processed via payment providers (such as Stripe) to complete multi-party payouts.
- E-Commerce & Campaign Partners: Aggregated or transaction-specific conversion metrics are shared between participating Merchants, Agencies, and KOLs to verify referral sales.
- Corporate Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will ensure the acquiring entity provides a comparable level of protection.
- Legal Requirements: Disclosure when required by law, court orders, or Hong Kong regulatory authorities.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfer
As we use global cloud infrastructure and international payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), your data may be transferred to, stored, or processed on servers outside of Hong Kong. We will take reasonable legal and technical measures to ensure your data receives protection comparable to that required under the Hong Kong PDPO during such cross-border transfers.
6. Direct Marketing & Opt-Out

7. Public & Non-Confidential Data
Any promotional materials, public media posts, case studies, or non-personal analytics voluntarily submitted, posted, or linked to the Platform by Merchants, Agencies, or KOLs shall be deemed non-confidential. Alolink reserves the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such non-confidential operational metrics and promotional content for platform showcase and marketing purposes.
8. Third-Party Links & Merchant Sites
The referral links (which may include alolink.io or alol.ink) hosted on our Platform will redirect users to third-party merchant websites or external e-commerce stores. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Alolink. We strongly encourage users to review the privacy policies of any external merchant sites they visit.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar redirect technologies (which may involve alolink.io or alol.ink domains) to attribute purchases to the correct KOL or referral partner. We may also use analytics cookies to optimize platform performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the tracking functionality of referral links.
10. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein or as required by applicable Hong Kong laws.
11. Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for use by individuals who have reached the age of legal majority (18 years old in Hong Kong) and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts.
